Your company information and the job description is then analyzed with Al and turned into a custom tailored prompt template for the Al receptionist. You can also add import your website and upload documents for your Al agent to reference during its conversations with callers.
Finally all that's left is for you to test your agent by role-playing with it and make any desired edits. There are two ways to roleplay with your agent.
First, you can simulate a chat with your agent to gauge its responses. If anything needs to be changed, simply update the prompt template to modify the agent's future reponses.
Second, you can call the phone number provided to you during the setup process that's assigned to your agent and speak to it as if you were a customer.
